PNCB Database Transition Update
PNCB's database is currently being upgraded to better serve you. See below for available portal features. Customer service will be available at email@example.com or 1-888-641-2767 during normal business hours to assist you.

Are you an employer or third party needing to verify certification of your staff? Online employer verification is now live:
- Have you ordered a verification since our database transition? If so, our staff may already have created an account for you. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call 1-888-641-2767 to obtain your log in information.
- If you have not recently ordered a verification since our database transition, you will need to create an account in our database then order the verification. Click “New Customer” on our log-in screen and follow the instructions. Then navigate to Applications/Forms and select Employer Verification.
New features of our user-friendly system include:
- Verifications are ordered on a submittal application which will include a receipt and the names of those individuals you are verifying.
- The verification letter and receipts are emailed directly to you and will remain on your PNCB database record. To review this information log in to www.pncb.org and review your Message History Report.
