Rockville, MD (August 7, 2026) — The Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) is pleased to announce that Sidra Medicine (Qatar) has achieved the inaugural Activate Workforce Leader designation. This recognition celebrates Sidra’s commitment to advancing pediatric nursing knowledge and improving patient care through professional development. With more than 25 nurses successfully completing a PNCB Activate certificate or microcredential program, Sidra Medicine has demonstrated an outstanding investment in developing a highly skilled pediatric workforce and fostering a culture of lifelong learning.

PNCB will continue to award Activate Workforce Leader designations to organizations that demonstrate a commitment to excellence in pediatric nursing professional development and patient care. Designations include Workforce Leader (25 individuals), Advanced Workforce Leader (50 individuals), and Premier Workforce Leader (100 individuals).
