Certified Pediatric Nurse - CPN
All certification boards require a renewal or recertification process to document how you are maintaining competence in practice. CPN "Recert" is annual and takes place each year between November 1 and January 31.

Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in Acute or Primary Care (CPNP-AC, CPNP-PC, CPNP-AC/PC)
CPNP-AC, CPNP-PC or CPNP-AC/PC "Recert" is annual and takes place each year between November 1 and January 31. You are also required to complete pediatric pharmacology hours and PNCB Pediatric Updates CE modules over a 7-year period.

Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist - PMHS
PMHSs recertify every 3 years to document how they are maintaining competence in practice. The Recert application is due between November 1 and January 31 prior to your wallet card expiration date.
