CPNP-AC Retesting Policies
Unsuccessful Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) exam candidates will follow the retesting policies below beginning September 1, 2019 and beyond.
CPNP-AC exam candidates may test one time only during each testing window.
If it has been more than 12 months since your last exam attempt, the activities described in the below chart must have been completed within the preceding 12 months of your current exam application.
Use this retest documentation form when submitting 15 contact hours per area of weakness after a second and fourth failed exam.
