- Certified Pediatric Nurse: Are you or a colleague an advocate for CPN certification? Use this form. Must be CPN-certified.
- Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner *or* Pediatric Primary Care Mental Health Specialist: If you or a colleague make a difference for communities beyond your routine practice, apply for the Kelly Reed Advanced Practice Community Impact Award using this form. Must be CPNP- or PMHS-certified.
- PNCB / SPN Conference Scholarship Recipient: PNCB and SPN will announce the application for the conference scholarship recipient in late fall.
