The Certification Services Team will review your application to verify the following:

All Candidates

  • Agreement to all attestations
  • Completion of the Ethics in Testing: A Personal Responsibility module
  • A current phone number, mailing address, and email address

CPN Candidates (in addition to requirements noted above)

  • One in every 100 CPN exam applications is chosen for audit to confirm additional information. A one percent audit rate creates a credible and meaningful compliance check, and at the typical certification volume, provides enough cases over time to identify systemic patterns such as documentation irregularities, eligibility gaps, or trends.

If anything needs to be addressed in the application by the testing candidate, you'll receive an email notifying you that your applications status had changed to "Needs More Information." The email will specify exactly what is required to complete your elgibility review.
