A PNCB staff member since 2009, Lesley Lightfoot serves as Manager of Exam Development. She directs the production processes of all exam and practice test services and assures quality control and security in exam information management. In addition, she supports committee member volunteers and item writers, exam-related committee meetings, item writing drives, and routine, required job task analysis (JTA) research and standard setting activities. Lightfoot is passionate about enhancing experiences for all stakeholders through cross-team efforts for live remote proctoring, data analysis, and innovative contributions to PNCB strategic goals.
Siobhan Nelson, BSN, RN, CPN has been a pediatric acute care solid organ transplant and cardiac nurse for fourteen years at Seattle Children’s Hospital. She received her BSN from Seattle University and began her nursing career on her dream unit. She transitioned from a Surgical Unit night shift charge nurse to Clinical Specialist. She currently serves as a Clinical Practice Manager on the same unit. Nelson earned her Certified Pediatric Nurse credential in 2013 and joined PNCB as an Item Writer in 2015. She also participated in the 2016 CPN Job Task Analysis and has been a member of the CPN Exam Committee since 2018. Her favorite part about PNCB events is the collaboration, learning, and networking opportunities she gets with nurses from other hospitals.
