Step 1: Access Your Portal
- Already have a PNCB account? Log in here.
- Need to create your account? Register here.
Step 2: Under Navigation, select New! Certificate Programs & Microcredentials
Step 3: Select Applications & Extensions
Step 4: Select Create New Application and complete the short online form.
Step 5: Now you can go directly to Access My Ordered Online Modules in your portal, or look for your get started email.
Tip! The email subject line is Start Your PNCB Certificate Program Courses. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
You'll get reminders to stay on track and complete each certificate program you order before its expiration date.
Ready for your microcredential? After you complete a certificate with a passing score, you receive an email of congratulations guiding you through how to order the microcredential assessment to earn your special recognition and digital badge.
