Also note that you can use up to 400 PMHS-related work hours to count as non-psychopharm hours:
- 200 hours in a 12-month period = 5 contact hours
- 400 hours in a 12-month period = 10 contact hours
If you use UpToDate, there is a method explained in their platform to convert your usage of that to hours. PNCB offers a discount for UpToDate.

Please keep CE/CME certificates and transcripts/programs of the topics covered if the activity is not clearly pediatric DBMH.
